Build Connections. Earn Through Referrals.
Know businesses that could benefit from better customer experiences? Introduce them to CX Rundown and earn referral commissions when qualified introductions become paying clients.
Partner Commission Overview
Referral opportunities across our three business offerings.
Commissions are subject to partner approval, qualifying referrals, collected client payments, and written program terms. This is a referral program, not a franchise or employment offer.
Your Connections. New Opportunities.
Great business relationships are built on trust. Our Partner Program creates an opportunity to connect businesses with customer experience solutions while earning commissions on qualifying referrals.
Earn From Successful Referrals
Introduce potential clients to CX Rundown and earn commissions when eligible referrals become paying customers. Recurring services may provide ongoing commissions under the program terms.
Three Ways to Create Value
Refer businesses to CX Rundown for customer experience insights, CX Local for local visibility, or CX Consulting for strategy, training, and process improvement.
Focus on Relationships
Your role is to identify suitable businesses and make introductions. CX Rundown handles its own service discussions, proposals, and delivery. Partners do not need to operate the services themselves.
Partners remain independent and do not purchase a business, receive ownership rights, or become CX Rundown employees. Participation and commissions are governed by the written Partner Program agreement.
Four Simple Steps. One Valuable Partnership.
Our referral process is designed to be straightforward. You focus on making meaningful introductions, while CX Rundown handles client discussions and service delivery.

What We Value in a Partner
Professionalism, integrity, clear communication, and thoughtful introductions. We value partners who take the time to understand whether a business could genuinely benefit from CX Rundown, CX Local, or CX Consulting. Quality matters more than the number of referrals submitted.
Partner applications are reviewed individually. Participation is subject to approval and acceptance of the written program terms.
Partner Questions. Clear Answers.
Learn more about how referrals, commissions, and participation in the CX Partner Program work.
Is the CX Partner Program a franchise?
No. This is an independent referral partnership program, not a franchise, employment position, or business ownership opportunity. Partners introduce potential clients and may earn commissions on qualifying referrals under a written agreement.
Do I need to sell or deliver CX Rundown services?
No. Partners focus on identifying suitable opportunities and making introductions. CX Rundown manages its own proposals, client agreements, and service delivery. Partners cannot independently negotiate binding terms or make commitments on behalf of CX Rundown.
How much can I earn?
The proposed commission rates are 15% for eligible CX Rundown subscription revenue, 10% for eligible CX Local sponsorship revenue, and 10% for eligible CX Consulting fees. Actual earnings depend on accepted referrals and collected client payments. Earnings are not guaranteed.
What qualifies as an eligible referral?
An eligible referral generally involves an approved partner introducing a potential client through the accepted referral process. Existing clients, previously identified opportunities, and duplicate introductions may be excluded. The written agreement establishes the final eligibility requirements.
How and when are commissions paid?
Commissions are based on eligible client payments actually collected by CX Rundown. Payment methods, processing schedules, and any applicable adjustments will be defined in the written Partner Program agreement before participation begins.
How does the 12-month commission protection work?
The program is designed to provide a 12-month commission protection period for qualifying referrals, subject to the signed agreement. This does not guarantee 12 months of payments if a referred client cancels or stops paying.
What happens if a referred customer cancels?
Recurring commissions generally depend on eligible client payments. If a client cancels or stops paying, future commissions on that account would ordinarily stop. Refunds and adjustments are addressed in the written agreement.
Can I represent CX Rundown or use its branding?
Partners may describe their approved referral relationship accurately and use only authorized materials. They may not claim to be employees, owners, or authorized agents, or use CX Rundown branding without permission.
Is there a fee to apply?
There is no fee to submit an inquiry about the CX Partner Program. Participation is subject to review, approval, and acceptance of the written program terms.
How do I become a partner?
